Don Beck
Don joined Eastview and was baptized in 1976 and is one of our elders. He works with the Special Needs Ministry Team. Don's wife's
name is Judy. Don & Judy have two sons, Wes and Jeff. Jeff & his wife, Sheila, have two children. Don's hobbies are beagles, nature, travel and reading.
 

 

 

Larry Hayes
Larry & his wife, Claudia, have been members of Eastview since 1995 and he serves as an elder. They have three children, Larry IV, Paul and Megin. Larry has been involved with the Haiti mission since 1979. He is the owner of Living Water Co., Inc., which does industrial and municipal chemical feed applications. In his spare time, Larry enjoys the quiet time of fishing.

 

Tracy Hunter

Tracy and his wife, Christina, have been members of Eastview since1992. They both teach for the Indian Creek School system and have two children, Ross and Mackenzie. They operate Hunter's Honey Farm where they sell various products that they make from honey and beeswax. Tracy is an elder and teaches the Sunday morning class, "Spirit-Led Life." He is also involved with the scholarship committee.  

 


 Dave Keister
Dave was baptized and joined Eastview in 1983. He has served on the leadership team for many years. Dave has taught an adult
Bible study for twenty years. His wife, Bev, enjoys serving at Eastview, as well. Four adult children and five grandchildren help to make family life very rewarding. Dave also enjoys
and is challenged by working with radio stations as his vocation.
 

 


 Joe Mills

Joe Mills and his wife, Sharon, have been members at Eastview since 2004. Called to be a deacon in 2006, Joe chairs the Recovery
Ministry Team and sings in the choir. Since retiring from public service in 1995, Joe and Sharon have operated a retail antiques business, "Glean-n-Gather Antiques." Joe is  an avid Colts fan and enjoys fishing.
 

 

 

Jerry Sanders
Jerry has been a member of Eastview since 2000 and serves as an elder. Jerry is the assistant superintendent of Martinsville Schools. His wife's name is Lisa and they have three children: Joel, Jared and Hannah.
 
 

 

Deacons

Terry Barker

Terry and his wife, Johnna, joined the Eastview congregation several years ago and have been actively serving the Lord since, along with their children, Logan and Morgan. Terry's hobbies include fishing and hunting. He also enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children compete in their sporting events.

 

Steve Bathory
Steve is a deacon and serves on the Finance Ministry Team. He also teaches the fourth and fifth grade boys on Sunday morning. Steve and his wife, Sharon, have been members of Eastview since 1992 and have two daughters, Murielle and Adrienne. Steve is employed by Baxter Pharmaceutical Delivery Systems of Bloomington where he is a maintenance technician.  His hobbies are bicycle riding, HAM radio, riflery and hiking. His greatest enjoyment, however, is spending time with his family.
 


 Kirk Botkin

Kirk was baptized on August 20, 1995. He is a deacon and serves on the Kountry Kids Preschool Board. Kirk, his wife Julie, and their four children, Chelsea, Drew, Alex and Haileigh, have been members of Eastview Christian Church since February, 2004. Kirk’s hobbies include hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities, as well as spending time with and enjoying his family.

 

 
Earl Haniford
Earl & Terrie have been members of Eastview since 1982. Earl serves as a deacon here. He and Terrie work with the Missions Ministry Team. Earl is a teacher at East Middle School and also operates a small dental lab at Wells & Marvel Family Dentistry. Earl & Terrie have two children, Allegra (married to Derek Donelson) and Earl Loyd (married to Lori).

 

 

Vance Miner

Vance has been a baptized believer in Jesus Christ since 1976 and joined Eastview in 2005. He and his wife, Kara, have three children:  Patrick, Elizabeth and Nichole. Vance and Kara are currently serving as leaders of the Middle School youth group and are part of the Fellowship Team at Eastview. Vance has served as a fireman with the Indianapolis Fire Department for over 20 years. He has participated in various types of mission work and enjoys serving the Lord. His hobbies are sports of all kinds.

 

Sam Willard
Sam and his wife, Sandy, have been members at Eastview since 1999. He has served on the Property Team and Evangelism Team ministries in the past. He presently serves as a deacon and chairman of the Adult Education Ministry. Sam and Sandy have two sons and two grandchildren, whom they enjoy very much. Sam is vice president of business development with Hestco, Inc. in Greenwood and enjoys outdoor activities, old cars and woodworking.

 

  

Tom Walker                                                                                                                    Tom Has been a member of Eastview since 2006. He presently serves as Deacon and is on the Benevolence Realignment Steering Committee. Tom is a Utility Arborist for the Indianapolis Power & Light Company. Tom and his wife, Virginia, have one son, Jake. Tom enjoys hiking, andhe is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

 

 

Reid Payne                                                                                                              Reid has been attending Eastview Christian Church since 2004 and became an active member in 2006. He is a part of the Property Team, Fellowship Team, helps his wife with Wee Worship and also helps lead a group during VBS. He has been a salesman with Primesource Building Products, Inc. Since graduating from IU in 1996. Originally from Bluffton, Indiana he met his wife, Angie, while attending college. They moved to Martinsville in 2004. They have two beautiful daughters Morgan and Brianna. Reid enjoys golf, camping and spending time with his family.

 

Aaron Cunningham                                                                                          Aaron and his wife Kelly have attended Eastview since 2000. They have 3 children: Zander. Linley  and Levi.  All 3 children attended Kountry Kids Preschool at Eastview and Aaron currently serves on their board. Kelly serves on the children's ministry team. They both serve the community as local optometrists.

 

 

Gary Thompson                                                                                                      Gary and wife, Susan, have been members of the Eastview family since October 2002. They have two adult children, Joshua and Bethany. Gary is a Deacon, and currently serving on the Property Team ministry. He is a Pre-Press Supervisor with Printpack, Inc. in Bloomington, and Susan works for the Spencer-Owen Community Schools as a Secretary/School Nurse. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, family, food and fellowship.
